Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and Codex are part of the daily flow of our engineers. We do not use them as marketing gimmicks — we use them because they compress real work cycles without degrading quality, as long as a senior engineer stays in control.
The person is always responsible for the code. The tool accelerates implementation, refactoring, documentation, and exploration. It does not decide architecture, pick trade-offs, or take responsibility for production. That remains human work.
